What the real test covers
NAPLAN is the national test for students in Years 3, 5, 7 and 9, held every year in March. It is sat online (Year 3 Writing is on paper) and has four tests: Writing, Reading, Conventions of Language (spelling, grammar and punctuation) and Numeracy. Results are reported in four levels: Exceeding, Strong, Developing and Needs additional support.
Each practice exam: about 51 questions in 40 minutes.
