Terms of use
These terms are the rules for using ExamUp. By making an account or sitting an exam, you agree to them. If you are under 18, please read them with a parent or guardian.
Free to use
ExamUp is free. There are no plans to buy and no payments.
Practice, not the real thing
- Our exams are practice exams. They follow the format of real Australian exams, but every question is written fresh: they are not real past papers and not official exams.
- ExamUp is not connected with or approved by ACARA, NESA, the NSW Department of Education, VCAA, QCAA, SCSA, the SACE Board, TASC, the ACT BSSS or any other exam body or school. NAPLAN is a trademark of ACARA.
- Marks and results on ExamUp are a guide for practice only, and do not predict a real exam result.
Mistakes happen
We check every exam carefully before it is published, but a question can still be wrong or unclear. If you find one, tap “Report a problem” on the question or email [email protected], and we will fix it.
Your account
- One account per person. Parents can add their children to a family account.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Children under 15 need a parent or guardian’s agreement to make an account.
Using ExamUp fairly
- Do not copy, download in bulk, or republish our exams or questions.
- Do not try to break into accounts, overload the site, or get around its limits.
- Do not use ExamUp to cheat on a real exam or assessment.
- We may pause an account that breaks these rules.

Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a big change, we will say so on the site. These terms are governed by Australian law. Questions: [email protected].
